This therapy is beneficial for both men and women, addressing issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2011, with a focus on Pelvic Health and Orthopedics. My mission is to help women reclaim their passions without leakage or pain, empowering them to feel strong in the process! I have a particular expertise in urinary incontinence, a challenge I faced after the birth of my two sons. After feeling lost and hopeless, especially as someone who values physical activity, I understand the frustration of not being able to exercise as I once did.

Every person has their own story and one size program does not fit all. I focus on the body as a whole and develop a unique program to fit each individual and their needs. Strengthening the pelvic floor is not to “just do kegels.”
